Refund policy

Returns
We do not offer returns, items after purchased can only be exchanged for another item. Our store has a  7 day exchange policy.  After 7 days we can no longer exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange , your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. Swimwear and underwear can not be  exchanged. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
Additional non-exchange items:
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
